Abstract

The rapid evolution of health informatics and digital health is revolutionizing healthcare delivery, enhancing patient outcomes, and optimizing clinical workflows. This paper explores the transformative role of technology in modern healthcare, focusing on key innovations such as Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Artificial Intelligence (AI), telemedicine, wearable devices, and blockchain. These advancements facilitate data-driven decision-making, remote patient monitoring, and personalized medicine, significantly improving efficiency and accessibility. However, challenges such as data privacy, interoperability, ethical concerns, and resistance to adoption persist, requiring robust regulatory frameworks and stakeholder collaboration.
